WORK WORK WORK

Hello everyone! 
 
So I have not been blogging as much as I wanted but it is how it is, I am so busy with work that I don't have time for blogging. When I am off I always go to the gym and just take a break from everything to charge my batteries. ;)
But my work schedule is looking better fro the coming months and I can not wait to update the blog much more. 
 
It is getting warm in London so I hope on some more running outside and continue with my workout routine now. Here I am with my order I received today from Myprotein.

GOOD FRIDAY

Good afternoon!
 
Finished a good swim lesson and workout today. I am back on track with my training and I am feeling so good.
My boyfriend got some nice roses in the livingroom when I got in today, I love roses and now specially for easter these yellow roses are perfect for a colourful yellow- easter touch.

THURSDAY

So I have been so busy with work the last week, since I started to work in London I think I actually have become a workaholic! I love to work and sometimes I just want to work as much as I can, but for the last period I have realised that you also need to be off too, you should definitely be off for two days minimum per week, have time to relax and do what you like to do on your freetime. 
 
Today I got my work shift almost covered and I am just going in to work as a lifeguard for 2 hours and then I'm going to the gym. 
 
I need to go back to my workout routine too, I love the gym and pool. I always feel so good physically and mentally when I keep my health and workout combined with work.
 
Today I am having my coffee, banana pancakes with honey and MYPROTEIN white chocolate almond protein cookies :)
